General Information (continued)

Meals on your California Rafting Trip:

Though we cannot officially claim them as being "gourmet", they always consist of plentiful, fresh and wholesome ingredients. We will cater for any particular dietary requirements or special requests. Lunch usually consists of a deli-style spread with a selection of breads, meats, cheeses, tomatoes, avocados, lettuce, sprouts, chips and salsa, fresh fruit, cookies and vegetables with dip. Other lunches offered may be pitta bread with chicken or shrimp salad and our favorite, river burritos. Peanut butter and jelly is always on hand for the children and we welcome suggestions so that the whole family or California white water rafting group will be satisfied. Dinners will commence with appetizers of vegetables, dip, cheese and crackers. Our main entree's are barbecued chicken, marinated tri-tip steak and baked potatoes or Dutch oven lasagna's. Plentiful side dishes of mixed salad, vegetables in season and garlic bread are served but leave room for our Dutch oven baked or other delectable desserts. A moderate amount of beer and wine will be available and also soft drinks and hot beverages. Breakfast may be eggs and hash-brown potatoes or pancakes served with sausage or bacon, together with fresh fruit, pastries, muffins, orange juice, milk, tea, hot chocolate and coffee.

Photo's/Video Taping:

On most of our California whitewater rafting trips, professional photographers shoot at various locations on the river, and proofs are available for viewing soon after the raft trip. On some rivers these are also available for viewing online and links to these are available from our Photos page. We may also be able to arrange for the services of a video taping company, so please inquire. We will do our best to ensure memories of your California white water rafting trip are captured.

Transportation:

All Tributary California rafting trips include on-river transportation from our various meeting locations and back to your vehicle. Comfortable motor coaches are available from Southern California to the American River and group transportation can be arranged from any location. Tributary Whitewater also has transportation available from Redding airport for clients rafting on our Northern California Rivers. Please inquire.

Gift Certificates:

Treat your loved ones to something different for that special occasion, and give the gift of wonderful memories. Purchase a Gift Certificate for Valentines Day, a Graduation, Wedding, Birthday, Anniversary, Christmas or another holiday. Gift Certificates are available for any trip, or for a specific amount. Responsibility:

Tributary Whitewater Tours has been running California river rafting trips for more than 25 years and has maintained an excellent safety record. We will continue to try and safeguard our clients and their possessions while on our raft trips. However there are risks involved in any outdoor activity and accidents can happen. You will be required to sign an Assumption of Risk or Liability Release form prior to your trip.

Cancellations & Refunds:

If you find it necessary to cancel your California white water rafting trip more than 30 days prior to departure, you will receive a refund minus a $15 processing fee per person for each day of scheduled California rafting trip.

Cancellations after 30 days prior to scheduled departure are non refundable!

Tributary reserves the right to make changes in the California whitewater rafting itinerary (if necessary) due to weather conditions, water fluctuations, insufficient reservations, or other circumstances beyond our control, but if Tributary must cancel a California rafting trip because of factors within our control, a full refund will be made.

Insurance:

We highly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to protect yourself against any losses for any reason (cancellations, accidents, baggage etc.). Contact us or your travel agent for information.
