California Rafting - Prices and Discounts
Our current California Whitewater Rafting and American River rafting prices are listed below, and are subject to change, but a deposit locks in current web site price. The first number under BASE RATE indicates the per person cost for a mid-week trip (Monday-Friday), not the daily rate, the second price is the Saturday or weekend rate, and in some instances there are discounts on Sundays. In addition, there are some special rates on the American River on certain weekdays, mostly Friday departures.
See below for group, youth, senior and other discounts which are available.
Be sure to check out HOT DEALS first for any specials that might be available, particularly for rafting on the American River. These may be seasonal specials or to fill raft trips at the last minute. Always feel free to call us for a quote for your trip, and we will see what we can do for you.

Returning Group Leader, Additional Discounts:
A returning group leader is defined as a person who organized an adult or mixed group (not youth groups which are already highly discounted) of 12 or more within the last 2 years and is bringing a group of 12 or more again. Same discounts as adult groups above plus 1 free with 12, 2 free with 24, but larger discount with groups over 24 instead of extra free trips.
Discounts for multiple rafting trips in the same season:
- 5% off on your return visit when you book additional trips during the SAME season, unless a HOT DEAL or off season discount of $10 or more applies to the return trip.
Environmental Group Member Discounts:
- 10% discount is available for MEMBERS of most environmental organizations (not just employed by one), unless a HOT DEAL or off season discount of $10 or more applies to the trip. This discount only applies to the member and immediate family. It is not a group discount.
CALIFORNIA RAFTING TRIP SCHEDULE & PRICES:
Prices are subject to change at any time. Your deposit will secure current published rate. All river trips are subject to a 3% - 7% government river use fee which is added to the invoice.

NOTE: **** SEASON VARIES FROM YEAR TO YEAR. The season given is the possible availability. This is dependent largely on the snow pack and rain fall received during the winter. Season given is for an average or above average snow pack where weather is consistent. Warm or dry spells can change this very quickly. We will always try and inform you if there are anticipated problems with a scheduled trip, but it is often out of our control.
Some rivers are more reliable than others due to negotiated flow regimes. The South and Middle Forks of the American River are have the most reliable water releases in California.
